Quelques observations sur la biologie des muges des réservoirs de Certes, à Audence

P. Arné, in his "Contribution to the study of the mullet biology in the Bay of Biscay" (1) underlines the fact that his personal observations only focus on the material and information collected from May to June 1937, on the coasts of the departments of Gironde, Landes and Basses-Pyrénées. Our observations have been carried out over a different period of time (February-March 1953) and enable us to partially complete the previous study. On the other hand, the fact that we only studied reservoir mullets enable us to compare this population to that of the Bay of Biscay.
