Description
A sample taken on the Guinean abyssal plain during the Walda 2 cruise of the R.S. "Jean Charcot", included 3 specimens of an isopod crustacean belonging to the genus Paramunna G.O. Sars, 1866. As these specimens could not be linked to any of the species known to this genus, we had to create a new species, described in this note.
