Organisations de producteurs des pêches maritimes en France et droit communautaire

The Treaty of Rome concerning the E.E.C. says in article 38, "The Common Market spreads over agriculture, and over the commerce of agricultural produces. Agricultural produces mean the produces of the ground, of breeding and fishing". And consequently, the article 40 stipulates : "A common organization of agricultural markets will be established". It is in application of these two articles of the Treaty that a common action in the field of fisheries was established on October 20 th 1970. From now, the organization of maritime fisheries of the nine and above all the organization of the market of fishing produces depends on communautary competence, and so the different organizations of the market, which were various have had to adapt themselves to conform the communautary regulation : the organization of producers only are to organize the market of the fishing produces. Therefore, the object of this work will be to show how in France envolved from an organization of heterogeneous market to a common type which constitutes the organization of producers, and in the other hand, how these organizations of producers, set up little by little, fill the part assigned to them.
