Sur une espèce indicatrice de pollution des eaux marines

At a time when the problem of water pollution is of great concern, not only for hygienists but also for biologists, it seemed interesting to highlight the existence of a species which is characteristic of polluted marine waters and to think of it as a "pollution indicating community". This species is Nebalia bipes (FABRICIUS) that can be observed in the waters of the port of Marseille, in sectors where pollution is really heavy.
