A detailed biometric study of numerous young and old specimens of Eukrohnia established that the presence of pinnules on the hooks of some individuals is significant of their youth. The fact alone that there is no coexistence, within the same specimen, of mature genitals and pinnules would be sufficient to show that serrulation does not characterise a new species of the Eukrohnia genus....
