The MORSE project management team is publishing this report with the aim of summarizing the activities and actions carried out during the first phase of the project, from September 2020 to May 2024. By detailing the developments made, the results achieved, and the work remaining to be done, this document will serve as a basis for discussion to define the next phase of the project, which should focus in particular on bioinformatics data and resource transfers.
