Description
This paper summarizes the present knowledge on incubation and spavming of four captive marine fish : sea bass (Dicentrachus labrax), sea breaiu (Sparus aurata), Sole (Solea solea) and turbot (Scophthalmus maximus). In a first step, it présents the results issued from natural gametogenesis and spawns. Then, are analized the effects of shifting techniques, artificial spawns, food or origin of spawners on the caracteristics of the eçjgs. The informations aimed at further research as well as production, are collected from 400 x 10 eggs in around 2 000 différent batches.
