The observation of sales, the ObsVentes system, consists of periodically measuring the size of individuals of the main species in auctions and at landing points, taking into account the commercial names used at the points of sale. The details of this collection action of Ifremer's Fisheries Information System are available on the dedicated website. This poster is intended for fisheries professionals. It aims to define what this system consists of, what it is used for and what the different stages are from contacting a professional to the evaluation of marine species stocks.
