La filière française des coquilles Saint-Jacques et des pectinidés. Actualisation pour 1992

This document follows on from the study of the French industry of St-Jacques and pectinides ("Coquille St-Jacques et pectinidés en France") conducted between January and November 1992, as a common initiative of the Ifremer and the Fiom, and analysing the situation of the industry. Considering the recent evolutions in this industry (growth in national production, trading difficulties, etc.), it seemed necessary to update the results and take into account these evolutions. This study divides into three: The first paragraph updates and completes the analysis of the national production through a new campaign analysis. The second part deals with pectinides consumption in France. And the last paragraph studies external trade and its recent evolutions. (unverified OCR)
