La famille des Haploniscide (Isopodes, Asellotes) : discussion systématique et phylogénique

Systematic of the Haploniscidae family is cleared by two approaches : phenetic relationships between species through a multiple criteria analysis and phylogenetic attempt based on a few number of characters of which the evolutive meaning is discussed. Choice and coding of characters, taxonomic distance and mathematical methods are commented. Phenetic classification is expressed by two complementary techniques : ordination (Analysis of Correspondences, CORDIER, 1966) and hierarchy (cluster analysis of Roux, 1968). The resulting scheme provides a picture of the morphological affinities between the 5 genus and the 73 species of this family ; divisions inside genus Haploniscus are defined. A phylogenetic hypothesis, deduced by the minimum steps methods for estimating evolutionary trees, is preserited. [NOT CONTROLLED OCR]
