Description
After a reminder on the program SYSCOLAG (Coastal and Lagoons Systems), of the regulatory and legislative context in territorial economic planning on the coast, we describe the structure of the developed methodological tool. We clarify then the method according to its three main trunk roads: effects of the activities and uses on the economy of the territory, the effects of the activities and uses on the natural environment and the living environment, the evaluation of the interactions between activities and uses. We apply the method exposed in a frame demonstrator by taking the scenario of the lagoon and coastal territory of the Thau Basin (Hérault). A set of appendices, including in particular evaluation grids are supplied with support for the implementation of the method
