Description
To valid the current method of counting the external growth bands of the shell, a new method is tested using isotopie analysis for carbon and oxygen in the shell compounds. Our results valid the current method whith observation of oxygen isotope only. Carbon analysis gives a drift after the fourth band, because of other various parameters.
